SEMINAR-10--FRAGMENTED-VISION--OLYMPIC-PARK

In this concluding session we are inviting some of the contributors to the LIVINGMAPS seminar over the past two years to revisit the major issues we have addressed and reflect on the problems and possibilities of critical cartography in the present political conjuncture.

  • Phil Cohen and John Wallett on some key issues and themes in the LivingMaps seminars 2014/5
  • David Pinder on where is critical cartography going ?
  • Screening of ‘Blue Wall, Red Door’ Introduced by Njomeza McQuillan
  • Group Discussion

We conclude with an update on current and forthcoming projects and the launch of ‘Livingmaps Network’ as a new not-for-profit Company Ltd by Guarantee. And afterwards we hope you will join us for ‘an informal review of territories traversed and places to explore’ (or what cartographers call ‘a bit of a party’)
